PVC bamboo brick pallet is made by bamboo as core, 2mm thickness PVC as face on both surfaces, obtaining the advantage of both smooth PVC surface and Hardness of bamboo, and avoided their shortages of heavy PVC and fragile, also short life and easy cracking Bamboo pallet.

2. What are the advantages of PVC bamboo brick pallet;

(1) Bamboe bakstenen pallet core is bamboo particles and bamboo chips, they are pressed layer by layer with high Phenolic glue, so the bamboo brick pallet will not open glue and loose edges;

(2) pure Bamboo brick pallet life is normally 4 years; but this PVC bamboo brick pallet life can reach at least 6 years;

(3) PVC bamboo brick pallet can be anti-friction, no break, no soft, no off-glue, and 1/3 less weight than PVC pallet, it also has a good performance to cost; it is a new product since 2015, now it is widely used in China because its good performance, till now there is no client complaining about it;

(4) PVC bamboo brick pallet surface is very smooth and flat, it is very suitable to produce PC bricks, curbstone blocks;

(5) The 2mm PVC surface are pressed together with bamboo core at one time, they are seamless connected, so the PVC surface will never fall off and open glue.

(6) PVC bamboo brick pallet has a low water expansion rate: less than 6 percent;

(7) PVC bamboo brick pallet Surface sanding treatment, uniform thickness.

①. PVC surface will never take off from bamboo layers, they are one unit; and bamboo layers will not take off from each other;

②. the PVC surface will not break; because the glue we are using now the 3-4 times stronger than the glue several years ago, the bamboo layers are formed by criss-cross; so the PVC bamboo pallet is ensured to be strong enough.

3.What is the disadvantage of this PVC bamboo brick pallet?

This PVC bamboo brick pallet is not covering its sides by PVC plate, so it is better not used in high temperature curing room. Because in high temperature the bamboo side faces cannot be anti-water very good, but this PVC bamboo pallet can be used in normally brick plant very well. But it can be used it can be used regularly in the temperature of (-50) ~ (+60) degree. So we also invented another edge-sealed PVC bamboo brick pallet , which can be used in high temperature curing room.
