Automatic Clay brick making machine working principle: clay bricks are forming via high pressure pressing; the pressure can differs from 50 ton, 100 tons 150ton, 200tons;
The raw materials of the clay bricks is soil, small quantity cement.
The automatic clay brick machine can make various interlocking bricks, chain bricks, pavement bricks, etc via changing the different brick moulds.
The big difference between automatic clay brick machine and automatic concrete block machine is the working principles: automatic clay brick machine is both pressing from the top and pushing up from the bottom; while the automatic block making machine is pressing from the top and vibrating at the bottom; this is because the raw materials characters is different;

5. Advantage of Automatic Clay Brick Making Machine
① The whole automatic clay brick machine is using intelligent PLC control system cooperated with hydraulic movements.
② There is a touch screen on PLC control box, the pressure can be adjusted through the touch screen, it is very easy.
③ The high quality hydraulic vane pump with strong silence is used as the main oil pump to provide strong oil pressure to clay brick pressing, and the hydraulic pressing can make very less noise.
④ The famous brand solenoid valve and proportional valve are the core component of the oil pressure system,. the two valves ensure to control the hydraulic movement fast and accurately, so the finished clay bricks will gain enough pressure and accurate size;
⑤ The water cooling device will keep the hydraulic oil from high temperature, in order to let the clay brick machine work steadily.
⑥ The plunger pump is using the airbag clamp version, to give out the air from raw materials; then the bricks can be flat and uniform.
⑦ There are two oil cylinder on top mould and one oil cylinder under down mould, the pump is pressing from top and bottom at same time, so the brick is very strong.

① How to adjust the brick height when need?
The brick height can be changed by adjusting screws.
② How many land area is needed for automatic clay brick machine
For the workshop, 70 Square meters can meet the needs of these modes automatic clay brick machine,
But for the curing area, because different brick productivity needs different land area, so the automatic clay brick machine needs curing area from 1200 square meters to 2500 square meters;
